Services normally take between 24-48 hours, although this can vary in exceptionally busy periods. If you need your bike back quickly get in contact and we will be able to give you a more accurate timescale.

Yes, all services come with a 3 month guarantee on any work that we have completed.

There is a £5 charge per collection/delivery.

Yes, there are some basic repairs that we can do while you wait. ie innertube fitting etc.

 

If your not sure if we can do your repair while you wait contact the team on 0151 606 0101.

If your not sure if your bike needs any parts as well as your service, pop your bike into the store and one of our team can perform a "M check" to establish if any parts will be required.

 

If your bike needs a lot of work we may ask you to leave your bike with us for a comprehensive check and a free quote.

No problem. Its common for new parts fitted, particularly cables to stretch and "bed in".

 

With all services you get a 3 month guarantee which covers any further adjustment needed to cables etc.

 

Just simply pop the bike into the store and we often complete any minor adjustments while you wait.
